RFR(XS): 8138607: gc/g1/mixedgc/TestLogging.java - G1 Evacuation Pause missing from output

Dear all,

Could you please review this small fix for 8138607?

I set IHOP to 100% to prevent CMC and decreased memory pressure to 
prevent full gc.

I made rbt testing with all flags combinations used in testing and did 
not get any test failures.
