RFR(XXS): 8155527: New test TestHumongousClassLoader fails with "-XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent" option

Dear all,

Could you please review this small fix for 8155527?

I added @requires tag to prevent the test to be run with 
ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent option.
