RFR (XXS): "Preserve CM refs" log message disconnected from "Parallel Preserve CM refs"

Hi all,

  can I have a fix for this change that only moves the "parallel
Preserve CM refs" message containing per-thread information about this
phase close to the "Preserve CM refs" log message that shows overall
time taken?
