RFR (XXS): 8153182: GC ID prefix for gc, humongous log messages are missing

Hi all,

  can I have reviews for this tiny fix? It adds the gc id decoration to
gc, humongous log messages. The humongous eager reclaim is imo clearly
particular to a given GC, so these messages should have them.
