I’m going to wait until the CSR decision is finalized.  I may be adding a new flag which won’t be
a float value.

It looks like there’s a range option to our flags now.  I agree we need the range to be 1 to MAX_DBL.

I looked at these and they don’t get impacted by the float change.

If I need to add a new flag, then I’ll have to add a test or 2.
