G1OldCSetRegionThresholdPercent under ExperimentalFlag

Hi,
  Can someone shed more light on why G1OldCSetRegionThresholdPercent flag
is under experimental (Need to add  -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions to
modify it.)
