RFR (XS): 8176881: DerivedPointerTable Update log message in wrong order in regards to Redirty Cards

Hi,

  can I have quick reviews for this change that moves the
"DerivedPointerTable Update" log message so that it does not break the
"Parallel Redirty" log messages?
