THP doesn’t behave well and can lead to some very long OS level stalls that appear to be GC pauses. We have a heuristic in Censum to pick these up. Indeed that heuristic did light up wth that small GC log fragment but it’s too small to say much of anything and you also have a DB running on the same machine… that will mess things up for the garbage collector also.
