JEP 192 "G1 String Deduplication" should be "Completed"?

Yes it should, but I don't have the power to do that. I've poked people 
for some time and have been told it will be taken care of.

(The reason why it's in a wired state is because the delivery of this 
feature collided with the migration of JEPs into JIRA, so things got a 
bit out of sync)
