RFR(S) 8208249: TriggerUnloadingByFillingMetaspace generates garbage class names

Hi all,

I'm not sure this is the right list, let me know if not.

Could someone review this small webrev that puts the GeneratedClassProducer
in a ThreadLocal holder to remove the data race on it:
