RFR: 8220465: Use shadow regions for faster ParallelGC full GCs

Hi Haoyu,

Both me and Thomas are good with the current state of the patch and we think it is ready to get pushed. 

I will push the patch with a "Contributed-by: <email>" line to indicate you are the author of the patch. For that I need to know which email you used when signing the OCA? Is it the same one you are using on these lists: leihouyju at gmail.com
