Lgtm. Please change the title of the CR to reflect what is actually done (e.g. "Remove psParallelCompact internal debug counters") before integration.

When I first looked at the title I thought I thought this was about making some counters local (assuming that the problem is that these counters are global as the title indicates to me), not removing them.
