RFR: 8268122: Add specific gc cause for G1 full collections [v2]

Stefan Johansson has updated the pull request incrementally with one additional commit since the last revision:

  Update JFR tests with new cause.
  
  Also removing Allocation Failure cause which should not be used by G1 collections.
