Hi,

It looks like the hotspot-gc-dev archive at
https://mail.openjdk.org/pipermail/hotspot-gc-dev/ has not updated
since Tue Oct 18 15:12:02 UTC 2022.

I've not looked into all the other archives, but at lease
hotspot-compiler-dev seems to work fine (last update Wed Nov 2
17:03:33 UTC 2022) so this isn't a general OpenJDK mail archive issue.

Can somebody please fix it?
