The flags that are being obsoleted in 23, that were deprecated long ago, may need a CSR request for the obsoletion and subsequent expiration. You'd need to check whether the original CSR request (or CCC request) allow for future obsoletion or whether it was just for the deprecation.

A bulk CSR request for all these changes would not hurt regardless.
