As per Jon Masamitsu's suggestion, we would be having the
CMSParallelInitialMarkEnabled and CMSEdenChunksRecordAlways flags'
value 'false' by default for 7u so as not to introduce any
behavior changes in 7 update release. The updated webrev is here:<br>
