Hi @egahlin , can you help finalize [this CSR](https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8259479)?  Joe Darcy requests some changes and he changes the status from FINALIZED to PROVISIONAL, I have refined it according to Joe Darcy's suggestion, it seems you need to review and finalize it again before Joe Darcy's CSR review.
