typo at ActiveRecordingEvent comment

I’ｍ new to jdk project.
I found trivial typo at ActiveRecordingEvent comment.
Does anyone create an issue?

  // commit(... , long, String, String, String, long, long, long, long, long)
String should be 2 times.
