RFR: JDK-8312574: jdk/jdk/jfr/jvm/TestChunkIntegrity.java fails with timeout

Looks like the current timeout values of  jdk/jdk/jfr/jvm/TestChunkIntegrity.java  - test are not sufficient for some of our test machines.
