Request for review [new bug](S): Stack guard pages are no more protected after loading a shared library with executable stack.

Florian,

The main reason of fix for 7019808 because with executable stack
JDK7 doesn't work Fedora 14+ and couple of other distros.

So I'm sorry to say but we will not revert this fix.
