java.library.path fix for MacOS X (7145798)

It's not a 7u4 end game rule. Sorry for the confusion.

It's a Dan paranoia rule. For regular fixes, I prefer 2
reviewers. For end of release fixes, I prefer 3.

You and Jim have reviewed so I would prefer one more...
