As it's the jdk repository then jdk8/tl would be the appropriate forest 
and core-libs-dev is the mailing list. I didn't get David comment about 
JDK versions but if the option handling in HotSpot is changed then it 
maybe that the test will need to be adjusted in jdk7u too.
