Review request for JDK-8007154: Remove support for u4 MethodParameter flags fields

I reviewed this also and it looks good.   Do you know when (which jdk8 
baseline) the 4 byte flag support was removed in case some of us mix and 
match hotspot with jdk versions that are too old?
