RFR (M) 8005013: Add NMT tests

Updated webrev can be found at http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~mgerdin/ctornqvi/8005013/webrev.01/ , the utility classes has been split out to a new change (8006413). Note that this change also includes regression tests for the following NMT fixes:

 

8005936 - PrintNMTStatistics doesn't work for normal JVM exit

8004802 - jcmd VM.native_memory baseline=false crashes VM

Hi everyone,

 

These are tests written for the Native Memory Tracking feature along with a few helper classes, some of the tests depend on the WB API changes made in 8005012 to function properly. Webrev can be found at http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~ehelin/8005013/webrev.00/
