Request for review: 8010833: Test7116786.java is failing on most configs after fix for 8010667

It is against OpenJDK rules to have binary file (.jar) in open sources. 
It should be moved to closed tests. Or .jar file should be constructed 
during test run (which is impossible based on your comment).

I agree that in such situation (no sources) disabling case58 test is 
acceptable solution.
