Summary: Clear out class_file_bytes in scratch_class so they aren't 
deallocated twice

Ran with NSK jvmti tests included in nsk.quick.testlist (which includes 
all the jvmti tests for redefine classes).  Also ran 
jck/test/java/lang/instrument
