JavaFX log analyser & visualiser of Hotspot JIT

Hi all,

Thought I'd bring some attention to a pretty cool tool started by Chris
Newland which he's kindly donated to the Adopt OpenJDK GitHub org.

It's a JavaFX tool for analysing PrintCompilationDetail logs and
visualising some of the compilation behaviour.
