RFR: 8025632: Remove all references to MagicLambdaImpl from Hotspot

   Summary: This bug is marked confidential so it is not visible to 
outside oracle. Basically the change is a leftover with the 
corresponding jdk side change removing MagicLambdaImpl. With 
MagicLambdaImpl removed, flag VerifyLambdaBytecodes should be removed 
too since it is the only place it is used.
