RFR(M): JDK-8028160: [TESTBUG] Exclude failing (runtime) jtreg tests using @ignore

Leonid,

What is the reason of excluding this test?

 test/runtime/InitialThreadOverflow/testme.sh

Where I can find bugs mentioned above? Is it possible to count all these
bugs within JDK-8028160?
