RFR: JDK-8023496 [jprt] build and test solaris 64-bits only

Test builds ran OK on my test system which does not have the full set of
build clients. SPARCv9 worked.
I will do a full test run ASAP, using the east queue.
Apologies for mentioning JPRT on an open list. The jprt.properties
files are open source (hence this review), but the day to day operations
of JPRT are internal.
