RFR: JDK-8023496 [jprt] build and test solaris 64-bits only

Hi Tim,

This all looks good to me too.

As this is hotspot only** it should get pushed to one of the hotspot 
team repos or else direct to hotspot-main (with approval from Alejandro 
and/or John Coomes).

** Full JDK builds select their JPRT targets from the 
jdk/make/jprt.properties file - which is also in need of similar changes.
