RFR (S) 8026822: metaspace/flags/maxMetaspaceSize throws OOM of unexpected type ava.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Compressed class space

I checked with Coleen. She likes the change from "Metadata space" to
"Metaspace".
I'll also change it in universe.cpp.
