RFR(XXS): JDK-8040887 - [TESTBUG] Remove test/runtime/6925573/SortMethodsTest.java

Hi everyone,

 

After a failed attempt to fix the timeout issues with this test I've come to
realize that it'll never be reliable in an environment where tests are
running concurrently. This test is more of a micro benchmark than a
regression test, so we've decided to remove this test.
