[8u40] RFR 8058927: ATG throws ClassNotFoundException

Summary: ClassLoader for array klass set to null and not the class 
loader of the compone
nt type.

Please approve for 8u40 backport.  The fix has been in jdk9 code for a 
week and the patch applied cleanly.  Original patch is in the bug report.
