RFR: 8098791: Remove support for PrintMethodStatistics and PrintClassStatistics

Summary: The code supporting PrintMethodStatistics and 
PrintClassStatistics was removed. The options are not useful, and they 
are not tested.  A CCC request has been approved for this change 
(http://ccc.us.oracle.com/8098791). This should lighten the load for 
unified logging changes.

Tested with jtreg *.
