RFR (XXS): 8145587: MonitorInflationTest fails with 'Deflating object ' missing from stdout/stderr

I just noticed there were two bugs related to this test. The correct one 
for this fix is 8145629: Disable 
test/runtime/logging/MonitorInflationTest.java

I'll exchange that number in the patch.
