XS review: 8098557: Eager initialization of a super interface with a default method

Looks good.  If you have a chance can TestInterfaceInit.java include a 
test case for an interface with an abstract method and/or a static 
method to make sure that interface is not initialized?  I don't need to 
see another webrev though.
