RFR(XS): 8137194 - Exclude runtime/memory/RunUnitTestsConcurrently.java from JPRT

Hi everyone,

 

Please review this small change that excludes the
runtime/memory/RunUnitTestsConcurrently.java from JPRT. The test takes
15-18s to run, which is too slow for JPRT, it's also causing issues in the
Stockholm JPRT queue at the moment.
