RFR(S): 8140647 - [TESTBUG] Add failing JDK jtreg tests to ProblemList

Hi everyone,

 

Please review this small change that adds a few of the JDK jtreg tests to
ProblemList, these tests have been failing in our Hotspot nightly testing
for quite a while and no progress has been made to resolve the open issues.
