RFR: 8153026: Change logging tag 'verboseverification' to 'verification'

Thanks for noticing, Harold! That snuck by me when I grepped for log 
statements only, and it amusingly passed its own test. Updated the 
webrev with these files: http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~rprotacio/8153026.00/

Builds, RemovedDevelopFlagsTest.java passes.
