RFR: 8152896: Convert PrintCompressedOopsMode to Unified Logging

I think adding the coops tag to isolate this logging from all the other 
GC logging is a good idea.  The name "coops" to mean "compressed oops" 
for the tag has meaning for us in the vm so it's not a bad abbreviation.
