RFR 8079562: Crash in C2 compiled code with STATUS_FLOAT_MULTIPLE_TRAPS

Summary: Add AlwaysRestoreFPU and move the test to jtreg.

Christian moved the test, I did some cleanup and added AlwaysRestoreFPU 
to it.
