RFR(XXS/M): 8193135 - get rid of redundant _smr_ prefix/infix in ThreadSMRSupport stuff

Hi Dan,

These changes look good.  The shortened names look much more meaningful 
and easier to read with the class name ThreadsSMRSupport prepended.
