RFR (S) 8178870: instrumentation.retransformClasses cause coredump

Summary: Don't double-free cached class bytes on redefinition loading 
failure.

test/jdk/java/lang/instrument, test/hotspot/jtreg/runtime/RedefineTests, 
internal CDS tests, internal nsk.jvmti tests, and added test.
