RFR 8203911: Test runtime/modules/getModuleJNI/GetModule fails with -Xcheck:jni

Hi,

Please review this small JDK-12 fix for bug JDK-8203911.  The change 
contains the fix suggested in the bug.

This fix was tested by running the failing test with -Xcheck:jni.  
Regression testing included Mach5 tiers 1 and 2 tests and builds on 
Linux-X64, Windows, Solaris Sparc, and Mac OS X, with tiers 3-5 tests on 
Linux-x64, and with JCK-11 Lang and VM tests.
