Since CDS will be disabled if the --limit-modules option is specified, 
this test doesn't serve any purpose other than checking the warning 
message "CDS is disabled ..." which is also covered in other tests such 
as BootAppendTests.java. Removing the test and related classes.

Ran all appcds tests locally on linux-x64.
Running hs-tier2 testing.
