RFR(XS): 8204974: Quarantine serviceability/sa/TestInstanceKlassSize* tests for CDS enabled mode

Hi

Could you please review following fix which introduce ProblemList-cds-mode.txt. This list could be used as additional problemlist when tests are executed with CDS mode enabled.
Currently it contains tests serviceability/sa/TestInstanceKlassSize.java and serviceability/sa/TestInstanceKlassSizeForInterface.java  which fail because of https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8204308 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8204308>
