RFR (trivial) 8202619: [TESTBUG] open source closed/test/hotspot/jtreg/serviceability/jfr/TestGCOldWithJFR.java

Summary: remove the test.  There are more specific tests for the 
functionality that it was added for.

Made sure it wasn't in the ProblemList.txt files.
