RFR(XS): 8211287: ClassPathTests.java fails due to "Unable to map MiscData shared space at required address."

Hi Calvin,

Data and statistics on mapping failure are valuable information for us 
(becoming more important now). I see Ioi just suggested re-throwing the 
SkippedException. That sounds good to me. Or, we could just remove the 
use of reflection and call all the test cases explicitly.
