Hi Roman,

This change seems to have broken a test:

compiler/whitebox/ForceNMethodSweepTest.java

on exception 'sweep after deoptimization should decrease usage: expected 
that 1477504 < 1477504':

I'm assuming the test is assuming (it is a whitebox test afterall) that 
the cleanup is happening synchronously.

No bug filed yet.
